My Family, My Love, a 200-episode Hokkien saga that chronicles the tribulations of a respected county governor who fathers an illegitimate child and struggles to keep his family united, will join the ranks of 8TV programme lineup from 30 December, 2009. The show is aired from Monday to Friday at 6:00pm.

As the title suggests, the drama is a heartfelt family drama about sacrifices, betrayal and unconditional love that will reduce one to tears.

The story revolves around an honorable and law-abiding county governor, who is forced to resign from his post in order to keep secret the existence of his illegitimate daughter.

The resignation is unexpected, and heralds a bitter fight for the post among members of his family. The former governor now finds himself fighting to keep his family together and in the process realises that the key to this lies with his illegitimate daughter. But how can this deep, dark secret from his past now be the only thing that could help him keep his family from falling apart?
