TWO long lost brothers are reunited and later torn apart against the unsavory backdrop of Hong Kong and the Philippines gambling underworlds in DICEY BUSINESS, the latest Cantonese drama series on 8TV airing from Monday to Friday at 7:00pm. The 35-episode serial stars Bobby Au Yeung, Miu Kiu Wai, Bosco Wong Chung Chak, Jessica Hsuan and Tavia Yeung.

The serial zooms in on Luck who had finally ran out for talented poker player Chai Foon Chong (Bobby Au Yeung) when he met with a major defeat in an international poker tournament. This is the first of a long line of failures on the dealing table for the young player and Foon Chong is eventually reduced to working as a gardener in a casino run by Kiu Ching Cho (Miu Kiu Wai).

A chance meeting with compulsive gambler Li Ching Wan (Jessica Hsuan), leads to Foon Chong being reunited with his long-lost brother Chai Foon Lok (Bosco Wong). A desperate recluse who shuns human contact, Foon Lok finds his brother’s encouragement to open up overwhelming, and runs away only to end up under the wing of Kiu Ching Cho. Foon Lok later discovers that he has an extraordinary talent in poker, and begins to harness it.

Meanwhile, Ching Cho, driven by greed, runs into trouble for cheating on the gambling table and Ching Wan finds herself in love with both Foon Chong and Ching Cho. Whom will she choose? And will Foon Chong and Foon Lok ever be reunited in brotherly love?
