In conjunction with its involvement in this concert tour, Celcom has lined up several special promotions exclusively for Prabayar Celcom Blue customers. Beginning 7 April 2009 until 31 July 2009, customers who purchase a Prabayar Celcom Blue will be entitled to a FREE Search mobile content. In addition, for every minimum reload of RM30, customers will receive surprise prizes, from up to 30 SMS, airtime up to 200 minutes or two free Search concert tickets in the Blue Zone area.
For existing Prabayar Celcom Blue customers, they are entitled to a 30% discount on concert tickets (for the highest ticket price only) by just reloading a minimum of RM30. All they need to do is type SEARCH and send to 28881. During the concert day, existing Celcom Blue customers who reload a minimum of RM10 will have a chance to win lucky draw prizes ranging from a total value of RM5,000 to RM10,000.
As for the ground activities during the concert day, customers who reload RM10 will be entitled to a FREE Prabayar Celcom Blue starter pack and a Search poster.
SEARCH MOBILE DOWNLOADS
In line with Celcom’s sponsorship of ‘Konsert Penghargaan Search di Awan Biru’, Search has recorded three new songs exclusively for Celcom, which customers can download as a Call Me Tones (CMT), True Tone or Full Song. For the first 6 months of its release, these songs are offered for Celcom customers only.
Celcom will also be introducing a new campaign whereby customers who download one Search CMT will receive another CMT for free. This promotion is open to all Celcom customers. Non-CMT subscribers need to subscribe to the service before they can download these contents. Subscription to CMT costs RM3 per month and each CMT download costs RM3.50.
In addition, Celcom will also be offering a number of Search mobile downloads such as True Tones, full songs, wallpapers and video downloads. All of these mobile contents, including CMTs, can be accessed via Channel C, Celcom’s malaysiana content channel that offers the most rewarding downloads. All a customer needs to do is type *119# from their mobile phones to enjoy all these contents.
Other mobile applications Celcom will be introducing include Otai Search, a programme that enables customers to win great prizes by correctly answering questions related to Search. The winners will be chosen based on the most correct and fastest answers, as well as the most creative slogan. Customers can also view Search’s music videos via the Clix TV application, by simply dialing *888 from their mobile phone and make a video call.
Customers can also listen to all of Search’s previous hits, including the three news songs through audio streaming by dialing 13388 from their phone.
Celcom will also launch a new MeTV campaign in conjunction with the Search tour. MeTV is a video sharing service on mobile phones that enables customers to upload their own video clip via multimedia messaging service (MMS). Not only do they get to share their clips with other users, the owners of the clips will also get rewarded whenever another user downloads their clips.
For the MeTV Search campaign, customers who send in an MMS of their most creative ‘I am a RockSTAR’ video or photo to 26388 will win exclusive meet and greet passes and concert tickets.
