Wondering what it is like to live the glamorous life as a celebrity? If you do, you are at luck as 8TV will take you across the lives of different local celebrities and allows you to experience and discover the fascinating lives of a celebrity.
Life As A Celebrity is now showing on your screens every Friday at 10.30pm. Prepare to be dazzled as the celebrities give an insight into their lives as a famous icon and also their personal lives.
8TVs General Manager of Brand Management, Marketing and Communications, Ms Lam Swee Kim shares her views on this show, “Another new and exciting local programme that is sure to entertain our fans and viewers this May. Being a celebrity is not just about the fame and limelight. A lot of hard work, determination and passion have to be put into practice to get to where they are right now,”
“Many of our local celebrities have worked a long way into achieving what they desire for. However, although they lead a hectic lifestyle, somehow they also manage to balance out the life as a celebrity with their personal life, including their family, personal care and other hobbies or pastimes,” added Kim.
Kim also added ,“This is the kind of moral values that we would want our viewers to pick up and hence apply it into their daily lives and thus achieve their ambitions and goals, just like these celebrities that can also be looked at as role models to our audiences,”
Life As A Celebrity is a TV series that features different local celebrities that will take the viewers into their professional and personal lives. This will give the chance to viewers of this show to get an outlook on what and how it is like to lead a life as a famous and well-known person in each of their own industries.
The celebrities will each share experiences on their professional careers and also at the same time share with viewers their personal lives – hobbies or pastimes, personal health routines and health care and many more.
Hosted by Daphne Iking, the show will feature famous celebrities like Stephanie Chai (model), Atilia Haron (singer), Marion Caunter, Gillian Hung (designer), Diana Danielle (actor/model), Erra Fazira (actor/model/singer), Jojo Struys (DJ/actor/model), Gloria Ting (model) and Nazrudin Rahman (host/actor/model).
